The teachers and assistants in each room are loving, caring, nurturing and kind. Our two children attended Building Blocks over the course of 6 years, and it was a wonderful experience! We have always been made to feel incredibly welcome each time we've come through the door. She makes sure all of her teachers have what they need to best suit their students as well as making sure our building is safe and well taken care of. She is someone who puts the children and their families first. As for our owner, Maria Marino, she is one of the best owners/employers I have ever worked with. Take a tour given by one of the four amazing office staffers who are able to answer any of the questions you have way better than one bad review on google can do. If you really want to know more about this daycare, come in and visit us. Each teacher watches their students as if they were their own children in their family because we love them like they are. I have seen all the teachers at Building Blocks teach their students about love (by showing them what it feels to be loved), friendship (by being their friend when they need it and helping them make those friendships with the children in their class), and self control which is the main way every head teacher and teaching assistant in each classroom disciplines their students and how they are taught to disciple each the children.
Since I started at Building Blocks almost 3 years ago, I have seen amazing teachers teach these young children about more than just the alphabet. We put our hearts and soul into every moment we spend with our Students. Everyone at this daycare is there for their students. Every head teacher at Building Blocks is highly qualified and well educated and some are even working on reaching higher education. As an employee at Building Blocks, I am completely shocked by what was written in a recent review.
